Transport Conference


18th November 2006 PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA organised an annual sector conference in Gdansk-Sobieszewo. This time it was dedicated to the "Situation of Polish Road Transport in the European Union ".




2006 Business Gazelle Award for PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA


The Business Gazelle Award Panel of Polish daily Puls Biznesu and the provider of business information Coface Intercredit Poland decided that the 2006 award for the most dynamic Polish companies should again go to PKS Gdansk Oliwa SA.



New quality in the "Zawiaty" Holiday Resort


We have upgraded our Zawiaty Holiday Resort with a lot of resource and effort. Our holiday guests may stay in modern cabins with en suite bathroom and own kitchen. Zawiaty is situated on Jasień lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the region. It hosted the first guests after the renovation in June 2006.

Scientific Conference "Development Trends in Logistics"



On 22-23 April 2006 we organised the annual sector conference with this year's title: "Development Trends in Logistics". Participating in the conference were delegates from almost 40 Polish and foreign companies as well as scientists from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Gdansk.


Service Quality Surveys


Our ambition is to improve the quality of our services. The independent company IC Consulting annually performs a range of surveys checking the satisfaction level of our:
  • customers, using the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index);
  • suppliers, using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing);
  • employees (organisational climate).

On 17 April 2003 PKS Gdańsk-Oliwa SA received the ISO 9001-2000 certificate from auditors of Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance who approved implementation of the international quality management system within international transport and forwarding.
